Acquisition Company Criteria
- Sustainable growth opportunity
- Minimum 3yrs of operations and profitability
- Diverse and growing customer base
- Low to medium technology risk
Industry Criteria
- U.S. Market of greater than $750 Million
- Services, light manufacturing and distribution
- Branded consumer & business-to-business goods
- Fragmented and growing markets
Management Criteria
- Motivated sellers including retiring owners, family businesses, and corporate divestitures
- Owner’s willingness to participate during and after sale
- Motivated middle level management team
